Greetings to all! I am a stay at home mom with a background in linguistics and ESL education. I am originally from Texas, but I lived most of my adult life abroad in South Asia and the Middle East until returning to the U.S. three years ago. I have been in the DC Metro area for almost two years and I love the region. I love hot, spicy, garlicky, salty, chile laden, pungent, heavily seasoned foods and most of my favorite things to eat fit that description.
