Thanks all. I asked the people at Kossar's yesterday if they held up well in the shipping process. They didn't seem too enthusiastic. Hopefully, some of the places you've mentioned will work out.

Went to NYC this weekend and picked up some bialys. Does anyone know of a bakery around here that sells them? I saw some (not particularly good) at Whole Foods a few months ago, but haven't seen them since.
