We are looking for a person who wants to work in an atmosphere that focuses on the food and wine experience in a relaxed, welcoming setting. Ideally, this person should have knowledge of wine, experience in front of the house and kitchen relations, and the ability to manage a team of people. The person should possess strong leadership skills that are thoughtful, individually focused and able to motivate and create a cohesive team. This person must also have experience in front of the house management, cost controls, scheduling, ordering, and inventory.
