just for the record it's brian with an i and although Mr. Danley is currently the chef at creme, brian worked under him at Georgia Brown's. also the restaurant is now scheduled to open around the end of July/ begining of August

Almost every restaurant in clarendon off of wilson blvd has help wanted signs in the window, granted some of them are bars late night, but that still leaves lunch and brunch shifts. All are with in walking distance to the clarendon metro on the orange line

the restaurant changed to Mr Pho about two years ago. the quality of both the pho and the spring rolls is not what is was as pho tay do.

i am sure it has been done before, i am new to the board, but what is your idea of the perfect restaurant. For me its is one that serves plenty of pork and cheese, in varied and unique ways, in a cool, comfortable, unpretensious setting. Oh yeah, almost forgot, strong drinks and quirky bathrooms. I don't need crazy fusion or outrageous ingredients either. Good Clean simple food done well.
