The tiger pies reminded me of my first visit to Sydney and a quick bite to eat at 1:00 a.m. at Harry's Cafe de Wheels (purportedly, the originator of the first pie N pea franchise). I also loved 'Mint' in Surrey Hills. In Melbourne, I stayed in St. Kilda with friends and enjoyed 'Tusk' on Chapel and 'Pause' in Balaclava. Tons of good eateries along the back alleys off Swanston in town.
