I'd love to help my girlfriend find tepary beans for a Sunset magazine recipe. (I think reading about foods she can't eat and plants she can't grow somehow keeps her sane and--more importantly--keeps her living here in Washington D.C.)
Any dried southwest heirloom bean will do: tepary, Anasazi, or Rio Zape beans.
