  1. hm. not sure they have a website. Its just a little place opened up by a woman who has owned a few restaurants in Rappahannock over the years. Last time I was there, about a year ago, they hadn't gotten their liquor license yet. The menu changed pretty often with everything from lasagna and meatloaf to burgers and taco salads.
  2. If you are going to be in Sperryville, I'd definitely hit up Rae's instead of Thornton River. The food is fresher, more creative, and made with a little more love.
  3. may i please just object to the term "food stylist"?
  4. Harmony Cafe in Georgetown is delicious for asian food. And, while it's definitely not upscale, Soul Veg has the best vegan food in the city. In Takoma Park, you have Mark's Cafe (though not upscale either). You should also take them to Sticky Fingers, a vegan bakery in Petworth.
  5. Hello again! A couple of things...I wanted to reiterate Peter's thanks for Tuesday. Everyone was fantastic. (thank you thank you thank you). And I would also like to extend an invitation to a tasting dinner for this Monday. (I know! last minute...) Mt. Gay Rum Dinner Roasted Blue Hubbard Squash Soup with Molasses & Mt. 6. I just wanted to let everyone know that we are kicking off our Beer and Brats this Friday (today!). Come in and get a Paulaner Octoberfest and one of Peter Smith's housemade brats for only $10. Available at the bar (or the patio on a nicer day) every Wednesday and Friday anytime after 2:30p. Come by and say hi...I'll be here all day! Thanks, Tiffany
