That's Amore has been hurting for business since Branch Road has been under construction. I think they would be happy to accomodate your group. You can pre-pick items from the menu so it does not get too expensive.

I am bumping this up - anyone else have any ideas?

Hi, I am also new to DonRockwell and also from Philadelphia area. It seems like there are a lot of us out here. I am not the traditional Philly Cheesesteak eater. I do not like the Cheezwhiz type cheese used as some of the better known establishments. I prefer good old Provolone or American (yikes). I grew up in Rosemont, PA (near Villanova University) so I guess I am more of a Philly Suburbs person. I now live in Vienna, VA with my husband and three kids. I work part-time from home so you will probably see me a lot on this board. I love to cook - especially anything new. I love wines and learning about wine. I also love Good Beer. My husband is on his way to China for a business trip so we are about to order take-out Chinese for dinner. Thanks for setting up this introduction area. Does anyone know anyplace in DC area that sells Catupiry Cheese. This is a Brazilian Cheese and I have only been able to get it in Sao Paulo, Brazil. I know there are recipes to make a pseudo Catupiry, but I am looking for the real thing.

Does anyone have a good recipe for Pumpkin Spring Rolls? I had some at a brewpub in Pennsylvania. They were really creamy and fantastic. I have not found a recipe for them.

I just saw in the Dining Guide a listing for Joe's Burgers in McLean. I live in Vienna and never heard of this. Has anyone been to this restaurant? How is it? Do they serve beer?

We ordered from Church Street pizza for the first time last night. All I can say is - FINALLY - a good pizza place in Vienna. I am from Philly and really appreciate a decent pizza. We had their regular cheese pizza and their white pizza. My car still smells like garlic from the white pizza. My kids said it was the best pizza ever.
