I am taking my husband to VA Beach for his 50th birthday. We also decided to go there for this visit because it is on our "wish list" of possible retirement places in the future. I've read the suggestions for good dining in the Va Beach/Norfolk area and wondered if the same choices hold true for the winter months. Or if there is an especially delicious place that would be extra special for his birthday dinner? Thanks...(we are going at the end of Feb 2008). Sue
