I beg to differ. Sure, the food isn't anything spectacular. But it sure is reliable. The prices reflect this. Every single time I've been though, I have had some of the best service in DC. Always cozy. Great place for a laid-back-not-super-expensive date.

My name is Jeff. I've been in the District for about 3 years now. The first 2 years were spent on a super tight budget and without much dining out. The last year has been spent discovering all of the different great restaurants in our city. A brief overview of what I have discovered: (In my opinion...) Best restaurant so far: Citronelle Best Italian: Il Mulino Best burger: Palena Cafe (although Chef Geoff's comes in close 2nd)
