  1. I always add them to my mashed potatoes. They add a nice flavor as well as fewer carbs and some fiber and a lighter texture. They're really good that way. I probably do a 30/70 split in favor of the potato but you could probably go to 50-50. Just cut them slightly smaller than the potatoes so they cook at the same rate. Roasted with other rooties with sea salt and evoo also works quite nicely.
