The Restaurant will features A main floor dining room, with full bar, and a second floor used for events and receptions, and a roof top with full bar.
Well established ownership group already operates a number of other venues in Washington.
The owner has a close relationship with a local organic farmer for produce, meats and other products for use @ the restaurant.
This restaurant will be a busy place frequented by young professional Washingtonians.
The ideal candidate would be someone who is currently an up and coming Sous Chef at a comparable busy venue ready for the next step or an ambitious Chef de Cuisine/Executive Chef who is ready to make a name for him or herself.
Must have a great palate and able to handle high volume.
A quick start will ensure the chance to shape the menu, that will have a focus on easy quick executions, quality ingredients, simple preparations but elegant.
