Hi! I am Guiraudios. I enjoy cooking and sharing a meal. Add a nice wine or a good beer to that ... and I really think things can't get much better. Usually, my favorite culinary experiences are walking into an unassuming dining establishment and finding a dish so good, it makes me want to cry -- like razor clams a la plancha in a neighborhood Cervezeria in Madrid.
I love goose fat and goose liver, a good Cantal, almonds (especially in desserts) and quince paste.
