  1. @RJ Cooper this is just acknowledging them in the guide before the actual release, no stars or anything.
  2. I want to thank everyone for the support they have shown over the past several months. Its unfortunate that Suna is no more, there are a lot of reasons why the decision was made to close, and in the near future once the dust settles Id be more then happy to share. I couldnt be happier with the food and the experience we created at the restaurant. Seeing the space grow from start to finish and being so invloved in every aspect of its development is something that I am so grateful for. As of right now I have no concrete plans, this was a decision not made lightly so just letting it all settle in before I jump into another project. But whatever that next step may be, Im happy to know that Ill have everyone on DonRocks behind me.
  3. I apologize for the delayed response. We were overwhelmed with requests. I cant thank everyone on donrocks for all there continued support. Sent out an email to everyone that reached out and will get back to you by the end of the day. Thanks again! Cant wait for this dinner.

  6. Thank you for all the reviews, comments, critiques over the past several weeks. The entire staff and myself have been listening and making changes to help create a better dining experience. Have a great holiday and hope to see more of you in when we get back on the 26th!
  7. Today begins our 4th week of service. Still very surreal, couldnt be happier with my staff for all of their hard work. And incredibly thankful for everyone who has shown support.
  8. Tomorrow is the opening day for Suna, a restaurant located in the heart of Eastern Market. We offer two tastings, a 4 and an 8 course, priced at $48 and $78. Beverage pairings are also available. We are trying to create our own unique dining experience and would really like to have the support of DC, and everyone on DonRocks.
