We are looking for a team player who is organized and dedicated to the craft to assist our Head Chef in the kitchen: Managing BOH staff when Head Chef is away Maintaining high food quality and cleanliness standards Motivating other BOH employees Must be available for AM and PM shifts. Fine dining experience or culinary school background is a plus, but not required. We will be dedicated to putting out the best possible product and we expect the same in our staff.
