I agree with points 1 & 3, ask and you shall receive! Did you mention either of these issues to anyone? As for the online menu differing, that's true of many, many restaurants who change menus depending on what's fresh and available. What was on the menu you were given in the restaurant - that's the defining issue on what you should have been expecting. The bottom line is you felt the food was terrific and would go back, that's the main issue with any special occasion visit or with any restaurant meal. The other issues are negotiable.

There are always two (or more) sides to every story and a lot of these comments are speculation. But comparing any type of tax liability to knocking over a 7-11 is ludicrous. Also remember, Bebo isn't the only name on that list.
