  1. There is a message posted on the street sign at Cabin John that says that the deli is opening there. Very excited. Hopefully, Potomac will have a decent deli.
  2. We did takeout last night and had a mixed response. The whole chicken was $16.95 with no sides. The half chicken included one side. We got peas and mashed potatoes Chicken was good, sauces were not well received. The chicken pita had a lot of vegies, not so much chicken. I hate the containers for takeout. The all tore when we opened them so I had to put the extra in new containers. They are paper so they kept nothing warm. Found one of the managers pretty rude. Said of my response about the wrapping "well we are not Five Guys" Well Five guys is quicker, food is warm and not as expensive. I also had a quality control issue with my mashed potatoes having something in them that did not belong. We will see if that gets resolved. Ordering was frustrating as they have no menus up front or posted so I had to go to the front door to get a menu. Some cashiers were pretty confused so the line to order took a pretty long time. Had to wait 15 minutes for the food. I think they need to get the kinks out. would go back only for chicken and the peas.

  4. Went to the Potomac location last night for a second try and happy to report things were much better. Bun was better, cheese was better and the grilled onions were really grilled.
  5. Just got back from the new BGR in Potomac. They did a nice job on the renovation and it has lots of seats. Burger wise we were disappointed. The bun seems different than the BGR in Bethesda that we usually frequent, The grilled onions was one "grilled onion" a big ring that had barely touched the grill. The cheese was barely melted and was not the same consistency. Fries and shakes were the same. We got our food pretty fast since they have a ton of people working here and 2 cashiers. We will try it again after they are open for a few eeks. Maybe this is just first week kinks.
  6. I looked at the menu and it looks great. I noticed you are not offering Dr. Brown's as an option for soda. As a former NY, Dr. Brown's Black Cherry and a Corned Beef sandwich are the only way to go!
  7. Hi- New to the boards. Really like good food and want to be able to find out where the best places are!
