I guess this should become a new thread. (There also should be one in restaurants, though it's mentioned in the openings thread.) Today I stopped in at Sona, which is now open its regular hours, which I believe are 11AM to 10 or 11 PM. I bought some of this cheese from New Hampshire since I thought it looked interesting. The taste of it was a mild cheddar-ish flavor. They have a lot of unpasteurized cheeses.
