Dizengoff, 1625 Sansom St. Hours: 10:30 am until 4pm or sell-out. Hummusiya from Michael Solomonov (Zahav). Opened on Aug. 11, 2014 (Foobooz, picture of opening menu on Dizengoff's Facebook page). This past Saturday, I arrived at 30th St Station at lunchtime and took a cab straight to Dizengoff. The hummus at Zahav is my absolute favorite so I was eager to try Dizengoff. Attached is a picture of Saturday's menu (menu changes regularly). You order at the counter. They give you a baseball card with a number, you find a seat, and they bring you your order. My wife and I dined at Aldine last night and had one of best restaurant experiences we've had since we moved to Philly this summer. Despite the abandoned, boarded-up store downstairs, the upstairs space is great with a small, but very nice bar and lots of windows overlooking Chestnut Street.. We ate at the bar where the bartender made great cocktails and we enjoyed a nice selection of beers and wines by the glass. The menu is nicely curated and highly seasonal with most ingredients sourced from local PA farms. Highlights were the crudo of the day - a cured tile fish with grapefruit. The c
