Over the past 2 decades Goa has become one of the biggest tourist destination spots in the world. Their cuisine is combination of very modernized Indian dishes with a western twist. I will be serving some of the Indian style charred meats and fish, cooked with the best Indian and Persian ingredients. The weather has been so beautiful lately that when i was offered an opportunity to cook outdoors, i did not hesitate to agree.
