I haven't been in a while, but it was virtually identical to Thaiphoon (which is to say, serviceable, but not fantastic). As compared to Pasara, I'd say that Pasara used fresher ingredients and probably less oil, but Mai Thai/Thaiphoon has stronger/more spicy flavors. I'm planning a business lunch there with a foreign visitor who is vegetarian and likes Thai, and we will be a block away for a meeting just prior to lunch.
