I've worked with the staff there to help put together what I think is a seriously delicious wine and food pairing. I selected one wine off of the restaurant list and one wine from Ace Beverage for each course. The menu is here. (to correct one omission, the Chasselas mentioned is the 2007 Domaine Schoffit "Vieilles Vignes") The cost of the dinner is $110 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
