DonRocks
Not surprisingly, Roberto's takes the longest to download. MichelRichardStripedBass.pdf JeffBubenShrimpGrits.pdf RobertoDonna_Raviolini.pdf
ol_ironstomach
Congratulations to DCCK on this project moving forward! I wonder, however, if the packaging doesn't do DCCK a disservice by not promoting their mission much more vigorously. Yes, I know there's a message on the spine of each box, but who's going to read the small print without prompting on the front of the packaging? Foodies and DCCK folks. They'll understand the DCCK logo on the front, but to the broader audience it has about the same mindshare as Cuisine Solutions...many people are going to look at the name and assume it's another manufacturer. lackadaisi
Um, why is there so much chicken and so little fish in the striped bass?

DonRocks
Um, why is there so much chicken and so little fish in the striped bass? Because it's Michel Richard, silly. Ever had the Egg Symphony at Citronelle? There's no egg in it. The caviar in the Lobster Beluga? It doesn't exist. This "Striped Bass" is, in fact, the logical conclusion to Michel Richard's trompe la langue.
