DanCole42
I remember on a visit to San Francisco I went to this take out place that served just frites. They came in a paper cone. You could choose from something like 30 different mayo-based dips for them. They were greasy and salty and crispy and creamy and I drooled all over them. Are there any places like this in DC? Is there any place I can just get some good Belgian-style frites?
edenman
Go to NYC. Although there are places making belgian fries in DC (Beck, Belga, Granville Moore's), none of them compares to that place.

However, that does look exactly like the place I was thinking.
