synaesthesia Posted January 23, 2009 Share Posted January 23, 2009 With only a burner and a panini press, the minimalist meal they were serving last night was simple and yummy. Lentil soup with tzatziki, and feta cheese and mint pressed in a pita. The pita had that perfect mix of yielding softness and crisp outside with that good feta.
