This is for a 43-acre farm in Fulton County, PA that has produced cheeses from the raw milk of goats and cows for over three decades. Located near Big Cove Tannery, the farm also raises Scottish Highland cattle, Jersey and Jersey-Highland heifers, Nubian goats and chickens. Its products are sold at farmers markets in Philadelphia and D.C. and offered at restaurants that include Jaleo, La Bernoise and Marcels. Please send me a PM and I will pass on the information.
