This job must not entail: * working 13-15 hours a night/5-6 nights a week * doing a ton of paperwork daily * becoming monotonous within the first month I need a fun, lively atmosphere with a great staff and a super cool management team where I can exercise my chops in either the front or back of the house. I have an imtermediately extensive wine background as well - I am attempting the SWE Certified Wine Specialist and WSET Advanced Certificate concurrently. I am a people person with a creative,ingenious mind who likes a challenge.
