Congratulations!

Would love to see the awards branch out a little, broaden their appeal, say, the way The Miss America Pageant did in awarding scholarships to contestants and allowing them to walk barefoot in two-piece bathing suits, or when Neal Patrick Harris hosted the Tonies.

Best Pizza 2010. Best Burger.

Would somebody please explain to me how category winner Food Trip With Todd English (shown locally on WETA) qualifies as a special and not as a series? It sure looks to me like just another episodic food-a-logue with a celeb chef host.

Best chef Mid Atlantic: Osteria in Philly.

I wonder though, would he have won if he wasn't working at Osteria? By that I mean he has to execute, but if it's not his vision, then who truly is the winner?

Well he is listed as the Executive Chef/Owner of Osteria so I would think that he doing a bit more than just cooking someone else's recipes.
