Buon anno ! To all of you.

In January I will host two dinner from Piemonte ! Bollito misto ( a feast of meats , sauce and vegetables ) all wash down with Barbera . And then I will do the bagna cauda , a warm deep of garlic , anchiovis and olive oil . There will be a large ammount of vegetables raw and cooked to deep in it , plus different dishes . ( see menu )

Those are two classical dinner that back home are done in this cold weather period of the year. Ciao

Hors D’oeuvre: Cacciatorino from Salumeria Biellese

“Il Grand Bollito”: Seven Cuts of Beef to Include a few from Manzo Piemontese

Raised in Virginia

Capon, Cotechino Sausage, Beef Tongue, Beef Feet served Boiled

accompanied with an Assortment of Seven Sauces and Seven Vegetables

“Bunet alla Piemontese”: Chocolate Amaretto Cookie Pudding

Della Bagna Caôda Dinner

Dinner served at the home of Chef Donna

Hors D’oeuvre: Mini Onion & Spinach Frittata

Bagna Caôda served in the Fuiot with an Assortment of Twelve Plus Vegetables

followed with a Fried Egg served “Bagna” Style

Salted Cod simmered in a Parsley Sauce served atop Polenta

Beef Consommé

Hot Moscato Wine Zabaglione
