Contractors or Vendors for a Cafe Needing a Bar

I'm writing this for a friend-of-a-friend, who is opening a small cafe-type restaurant, and wants to begin the remodeling process by installing a bar. Does anyone know of an inexpensive, reliable construction company (or vendor, for a pre-fab) that could handle the delivery and installation? I guess they'll be needing barstools too, so that might be part of the package, but the bar itself is on the critical path. The cafe is in suburban Maryland, inside the beltway.
