I saw this hilarious truck parked in front of Walter Johnson high school today (Rockledge Drive in Bethesda):

This particular one is owned by the same company that owns Party Warehouse, etc.

They offer 35 flavors of shaved ice, and will drive right up to your party to complement your Moon Bounce.

Snowie is a Utah company that will sell you a brand new bus for $78,900, with numerous variations.

Don't laugh! I know someone who made $80K one summer with a Mr. Softee truck. Granted, that's soft serve ice cream, but that's a nice chunk of change!

The Maryland Snowie Cool Bus appears to be gone, but there is now a Snowie Cool Bus in Virginia (perhaps the same bus, sold to a new owner). Unlike most other food trucks (remember, the Good Humor Man was the original food truck), Snowie doesn't appear to have a Twitter account, and might be relying mostly on party rentals.

This would be a great idea for an outdoor children's party.
