WTOP's "Best of D.C. Pizza"

I normally wouldn't post really crappy Best-Of polls like this, but I legitimately think this might count for serious "worst ever" consideration. I mean, in a city with so many solid pizza choices, how can you somehow miss ALL OF THEM?

Ain't nothing wrong with the Italian Store. I haven't been to Tony's in years, but I remember it as a solid New York style slice.

The biggest joke on that list is Z pizza. I've eaten pizza boxes with more flavor than their crust.

Indeed. If you check the results page, you will see that it is was leading in the poll. I wonder if people are voting for the old original crappy pie or the new recipe revamped crappy pie? There really is no accounting for taste.

I don't think I would ever eat any of those pizzas save for maybe Italian Store unless someone else was buying.

I actually thought the whole thing was a practical joke when I first looked at it.

There is a Z pizza in Falls church. they serve the blandest pizza that I've ever eaten. The crust tastes like a flattened Thomas' English muffin. The one time I was there, I had to dump a ton of red pepper on the slices to taste anything.

Even if someone else WAS buying, I'm not sure I'd eat Domino's, chain Ledo's or Z Pizza unless I was pretty drunk.

WTOP polls are rediculous and scary if real. I heard on the radio this morning best burger was Cheeburger Cheeburger and Five Guys.
