Cecile's used to be a very fine store, although I have not been there in quite some time. That being said, todays Groupon is $50 for $25 at Cecile's, and you can use it on sale items.

It still is. Cecile herself is no longer affiliated with the store, but the new owners are doing a good job with local importers.

I'll second the recommendation for Cecile's. The store is small, but they rotate stock pretty well and always have something new to try. The staff have been invariably pleasant and knowledgable every time I've been in.

Yes, but in name only. Cecile sent out an email awhile back saying that she has nothing whatsoever to do with the McLean store anymore (refer to Stacy's Coffee Parlor). That having been said, I've been in fairly recently and still like the store (other than their email blasts which quote "point scores").
