Farm to Table Five Course + Wine Pairing Fundraiser

For the occasion, all food will be supplied by the Olney Farmers' Market’s farmers and food vendors.

From 6:30pm to 10:30pm.

$75 per person or $130 per couple. Click here to purchase tickets.

First annual fundraiser for the Olney Farmers' and Artists' Market, serving a seated, five-course dinner with wine pairings prepared by local chefs and bakers, and three featured speakers.

Featured Speakers:

  1. Renee Catacalos of Edible Chesapeake Magazine;
  2. Joe David of Gourmet Getaways and 50 Top Spots to Cook and Learn; and
  3. Nadereh Naderi of Simply Persian Cuisine (who will be demonstrating a few of her favorite hors d’oeuvres from her book).

Robert Larsen of Rodney Strong Vineyards will provide the wine pairings.

Featured Local Providers:

  1. Stefano Frigerio of Copper Pot Food Company;
  2. Gregg Greenberg of RSVP Catering;
  3. Patricia Jinich from the Mexican Cultural Institute
  4. Katherine Kallinis and Sophie LaMontagne of Georgetown Cupcakes; and
  5. Steven Lukis of Wildfire.

Other contributors to the evening include to date:

Atwater’s Bread of Maryland, which will supply freshly made bread with certified organic flours, stone-ground by Lindley Mills; Erick Gilbert of Erick Gilbert’s Kosher Buzz will prepare mini knish hors d’oeuvres; RSVP Catering of Fairfax, Virginia, will supply an assortment of their favorite hors d’oeuvres; and several Maryland vintners who will supply a selection of dessert wines.
