I am seeking a qualified partner for my catering/meal delivery business located in Silver Spring, MD

Qualifications:

Experienced Chef and/or Restaurant/Catering Manager

Marketing experience a plus

Someone who has had success making other businesses profitable big plus

Pros:

Business is (semi) established. Has been open for 2+ years so the start-up expenses have come and gone

Have a commercial kitchen

Have proper licenses

Unique niche of catering that has potential to be a very profitable business

Business does not have a lot of debt and monthly costs are manageable as the kitchen is rented on an hourly basis (ie, not in a lease)

Cons:

Doesn't currently make any money
