Black’s Bar & Kitchen and Republic National Distributing will be offering a nine-course Chesapeake themed dinner with wine pairings from Four Vines, an acclaimed winery in Paso Robles, CA. Four Vines has been consistently applauded by “Wine Spectator” and their Biker, Zinfandel, 2007 was named one of the “Top 100 Wines of 2009.” The winery specializes in old vine Zinfandel, eclectic Rhônes and Spanish varietals. Bill Grant, one of the owners will be on hand to discuss the wines. This will be an exciting evening of great food and wine, Chef Quanta Robinson will be previewing some of her new fall dishes as well as some special dishes created to pair with the complex wines from Four Vines.
