We love this book of recipes. Tonight we made her rosemary-bean soup. Great Northern beans, garlic, white onion, sundried tomatoes, a sprig of rosemary, low sodium chicken or vegetable stock, and a dash of ground pepper. Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes. We served it with a sliced avocado on the side. The only hard part is cutting the sundried tomatoes. They are very tough.
