The inclusion of WD50's trans-glutaminase-bonded pork neck seems like a suck-up attempt (especially after you read the description) and the article title is obviously hyperbolic when you consider the impossibility of sampling all of NYC's porky riches. But 34 of Platt's picks look awfully darn good in this photoessay. Awfully darn good.
