Although that was true, they also haven't reopened. Though I can't speak for individual cases, this is an extremely shrewd ploy to pacify the media and direct their attention elsewhere - a "soft closing" if you will (refer to Citronelle - the quietest closing of a restaurant at this level that I've ever witnessed).
