ktmoomau
Carrol's Creek has a beautiful setting and view of the Annapolis Harbor. They have a really nice Sunday brunch that I always miss by like 30 minutes and then end up going to Rockfish, but if you make it in time it is very good (and if you miss it go to Rockfish they have better hours). They have very good crabcakes and other seafood. I don't think I have ever had meat here other than fish, but I presume you could order a steak and be just fine. To me it suffers with O'Leary's the too many ingredients syndrome, but generally you can find something pretty good. They normally have soft-shells in season, and other local specials. And you can request a plain grilled fish and veggie and they are very nice. Nice service too.
Pool Boy
My wife and I had a few good meals here back in the early aughts. My wife was there most recently last year. While still a nice setting and good service, the food was a step os so below its past for sure, but still not a bad choice.
MarkS
The phylo nest scallop appetizer at the bar is why you come here. And the tables outside in the summer.
