ktmoomau Posted August 8, 2011 Posted August 8, 2011 Someone posted this on another forum. Fun to play around with. CLICK That is very fun, even for me as just a guessing game.
ChiantiandFava Posted August 9, 2011 Posted August 9, 2011 15794. Good god that was difficult.. Can only grope around the Languedoc-Rousillon area for so long..
kmm Posted August 15, 2011 Posted August 15, 2011 That is really challenging! I average about 35k and cannot break 60k, however I am also very hyper focused in my French wine knowledge. This is a really good set of AOC maps. One trick that has never failed, click in the middle of Alsace if the word sounds German or ends in "berg".

I posted this on a super-duper, top secret, highest level in the entire world by FAR private wine list that I run, and one guy responded thusly: "It is fun indeed. Especially all those auvergne and savoie vineyards and imagining all the houillon alikes waiting to be discovered. (Quite proud of myself, as my game-addicted teenaging "daddy is uncool" kids were watching, to have broken 90,000 after three trials)"
jparrott Posted August 16, 2011 Posted August 16, 2011 (Quite proud of myself, as my game-addicted teenaging "daddy is uncool" kids were watching, to have broken 90,000 after three trials)" Well done, anonymous sir. I got a wheelhouse set of 20 and could only manage 78k.
