The Association of Independent Restaurants is gearing up for launch, and one of our many member benefits will be assistance in recruiting employees.

There will be an ongoing need for qualified restaurant professionals, but for now, you (the professionals) will need to take the initiative and make first contact with me. (What I'm saying here is that I'm not going to poach people's GMs.)
