Been doing a lot of korean out near chantilly and annnandale. Which korean place has the most variety and/or best quality of banchan. Interested in your opinion.

It used to be Chung Dai Kam before they closed (huge huge loss...no other place did indoor charcoal Korean BBQ). But now I would say Nak Won has the best banchan selection and samgyupsal (pork belly strips) and galbi (beef spare ribs). They also offer free steamed egg and soybean tofu stew as part of the banchan.

There's one I go to with a friend who knows all these places that is very good -- Oed something or other on Little River Turnpike.

It depends on the ban chan and what you're looking for. At one time Woo Lae Oak practically filled the table with ban chan. Unfortunately, most of it was designed for Mee-guks and not very authentic. Gamasot ban chan has Soon-dae, that automatically makes it the best as far as I'm concerned. To Sok Jip adds a bowl of seaweed soup to their ban chan. Gom Ba Woo has the best kimchi and the potato ban chan is amazing. Asking this is like asking which car or pair of shoes, or whatever, is best....(everyone has an opinion and nobody is incorrect).
