monavano Posted September 25, 2011 Share Posted September 25, 2011 I've been really pleased with our dogs' haircuts at For Pet's Sake. I get my Beardie and Bichon groomed there and every haircut has been good. My older Bichon gets special TLC and frequent water, so he comes home comfortable and relaxed, not thirsty and exhausted. Getting an appointment has been easy, especially if you schedule on a weekday. Weekends take a bit longer. Of course it's pricey for the full bath, cut and blow dry, but the cuts last and well, it's DC, so it's expensive. Ramona Padovano Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Alan is the guy who always takes care of my husky. When I wash my dog out on the patio he runs all over the place, but they are somehow able to get my dog relaxed and make him stay calm during the entire grooming process ... finished product looks like a Christmas present: a husky with a blue ribbon bowtie.
