We need a place either in Hagerstown or Frederick that can serve that many people for a fixed price. Personally, I'm considering bagged lunches but am looking for suggestions, ideas, recommendations. I've never eaten here, but I'll bet that with some notice, Bulls & Bears (review, menu) in Hagerstown could handle a large group, and would appreciate the business.
