Inman Family Wines Dinner with Kathleen Inman

Kathleen Inman is a superb winemaker, marketer, jack of all trades who owns Inman Family Wines. Or as she puts it, "Grapegrower, winemaker, salesperson, accountant, operations manager and forklift driver." Located on Olivet Road in the Russian River Valley of Sonoma County {aka California's "Tuscany".} They are dedicated to organic growing and natural winemaking. She makes superb Chardonnay & Pinot Noir. We will see just how good as Kathleen bring us five incredible wines. She will tell us the story of what makes these wines as good as they are! You can also learn about fork lifting half ton boxes of grapes and dumping them into fermenters. But sorry, there will be no lectures on the use of winemaking additives such as "real red" and "real purple" to make fake dark colored pinot noir!

Because Kathleen really wants to show her new to DC wines, we are able to offer this dinner at only $75 per person plus tax & gratuity for a full five course feast with five wines! The lineup includes two single vineyard wines from 2007. I am always happy to make a menu to match wines this good! Here is the menu:
