Ericandblueboy
This is supposedly the newest restaurant in Eden Center. It's more upscale decor-wise. I had some vegetarian rolles, basically vermicelli, tofu, and lettuce wrapped in rice noodl. They're never really amazing but they are filling and are about as healthy as Vietnamese food gets. I also ordered some egg noodles stir-fried with mixed veggies. The good news is that all the veggies were fresh, with the exception of shitake mushrooms (which were rehydrated). No canned straw mushrooms or frozen carrots. The plate had fried tofu, bok choy, broccoli, snow peas, and shitake mushrooms. The broccoli was slight overcooked but the flavor of the dish is pretty good. Website
