Sous chef candidate should have a minimun of 5 years fine dining experince with at least 1 year in a management role. I am looking for a self motivated person who will be a driving force of standards and organization in the kitchen. This is a unique opportunity to work fine dining and have fun with gastropub fare at the same time. Culinary school not mandatory but definetely a plus. Cook candidates should have at least one year upscale or fine dining cooking experience. We're looking for motivated cooks who care about the quality of the guest experience and are passionate about creating wonderful cuisine using fresh, local ingredients.
