ad.mich
People familiar with the discussions say it will be a high-volume, high-grossing restaurant from a well-known, successful operator, featuring steaks and seafood. It will be “five star,” I’m told, and the lease is likely to be signed this week. Well, okay then.
Adam23
I hope it's a Bonefish Grill. They tease me with their ads on WTOP but make me drive into the burbs to get it. But really, if I had to guess, Cameron Mitchell is opening a location of one of their seafood/steak concepts, which I have always liked. He is in process of opening in Philly, so it seems reasonable that DC is on the radar.

Waitman
A five hundred seat five star? Inconceivable. And that's not even mentioning the celestially inflated "5 Star" designation.
lion
Who does five star ratings other than Forbes Travel Guide? I have not seen this website before. http://www.startle.com/restaurant
