Tweaked
I stumbled across these recipes posted on Zester in an article written by the fine folks that run the excellent Eating Asia food blog. At the end of the article are recipes for making Mok (fish wrapped and steamed in banana leaves) and Eggplant Jaew (which appears to be a chunky eggplant dish). Both recipes are adapted from Tamarind, a restaurant and cooking school specializing in Luang Prabang cuisine. The Heart of Lao Cuisine
